The start of the Autumn Term saw the hand over of several areas which had been comprehensively refurbished over the summer. A new ICT suite of rooms boasting up to the minute PC’s, interactive white boards and air conditioning has been created together with a Photography room within the Art block and new classrooms for the Maths and Modern Languages departments. Staff and students have been given a taste of how the entire school will look, feel and operate from next September and they are delighted.
Our new bus and car parking area is also in use. Traffic lights give priority to school buses leaving the site to improve safety and efficiency.
The next area to be handed back to us will be the school canteen, due for completion by the end of October.
