Internet Explorer 7

Some of our users who have installed Internet Explorer 7 have experienced problems opening their home directory in RM-Easylink. If a blank internet page opens or you are repeatedly asked for your password when clicking ‘home directory’ then visit the following Microsoft web page and install the software update for web folders:

How to install the Certificate
1.	Before you can log on, you need to download a certificate, which will allow you access to you files: Click here for the Certificate
2.	When the security warning box pops up, click on open to open the file.
3.	At the certificate dialogue box, click on Install Certificate. You now need to follow the on-screen instruction to install the certificate.
4.	Once the certificate is installed, you can log on to RM Easylink with your regular school username and password.

If you have pop-up blocker software installed on your computer it may block RM-Easylink.
